Originally from Melbourne, Australia, Ramona has spent the past 15 years living and working in Mumbai, India in the sustainable fashion space. Her background in building social enterprises and working with refugee groups in Melbourne, inspired her to start her own sustainable business with a focus on community economic development and sustainable practices . In 2010, her business Forty Red Bangles was established, socially conscious enterprise which has grown and evolved over time into an ethical and sustainable design house.
Spring-boarding off her experience in the sustainable textile space, Ramona has now ventured into the design and manufacturing of circular design solutions for uniforms. From sourcing the yarn to the bio-degradable packaging, her company Reform Uniforms based in Melbourne, Australia works closely with uniform suppliers to offer them eco-friendly and sustainable uniform manufacturing solutions.
Ramona is very passionate about advocating for more flexible and inclusive uniform options to be available for girls. A mother of 2 school going daughters, she understands the need for uniform options to be comfortable, practical and promote self-confidence. Her attention to detail and experience in working in India, whilst understanding the needs of Australian market, enable a seamless end-to-end process.
Anurag has a background in the development of heavy machinery manufacturing and the supply of turn key Greenfield projects in the cement and mineral processing industries. With a background in Finance (MBA Latrobe University Melbourne), he is the Director of Marketing and International operations for Saboo Group of Industries.
With a solid background in manufacturing processes, he expanded into sustainable garment manufacturing with the establishment of Reform Uniforms. Anurag has established key relationships with ethical and fair-trade garment manufacturers and fabric suppliers in the sustainable sector. Leveraging off this experience, through Reform Uniforms he is able to offer circular design garment manufacturing solutions from India to his clients across the globe.
